Spring Grove has been the cemetery of choice for veterans and is now the resting place of well over 5000 veterans.
Spring Grove Cemetery was established in 1845 to honor the memories of future generations of Cincinnatians. For over seven generations, Spring Grove has been the cemetery of choice for veterans and is now the resting place of well over 5000 veterans from the American Revolution to the conflicts in Iraq.
On Memorial Day, Spring Grove pays tribute to all of the veterans interred at Spring Grove. To prepare for that tribute, we are collecting information and as many photographs of those veterans as possible. The photos may be used either in digital or hard copy formats.
